This aloo dim bhujia is a very simple yet tasty dish that can be prepared anytime whenever there is shortage of Vegetables at home. The addition of split green chillies for tempering oil gives a nice flavour to the dish.

9) Red chilli powder-3/4tsp
10)Black salt-1/2tsp
11) Mustard oil- as required
