Oler pakora or Oler bora is a recipe that is generally served with 'Panta Bhaat' during a ritual in Bengali households called 'Aarandhan'(Ranna Pujo).Ol or Yam has lot of health benefits. It is loaded with fibre and also keeps our body cool. So,it is very healthy.
In this video, I have tried to remodify the dish a bit and convert it into a crispy snacks that can not only be served with plain rice but with tea and coffee too.

Ingredients:
1.Yam(ol)-200g
2. All purpose flour (Maida)-1&1/2tbsp
3. Rice Flour(Chaler guro)- 1tbsp
4. Grated coconut (Narkel kuro)-1/2 cup
5.Coconut pieces(Narkel kucho)- 1tbsp
6.Chopped Green chillies(kacha lonka)-2pc
7. Turmeric powder (Halud)- 1tsp
8. Red Chilli Powder(Lal Lonka guro)-1/2tsp
9. Sugar- 2tbsp
10. Salt- as per taste
For frying
Refined Oil -1&1/2 cup
